The intense cardio exercise on ThoraxTrainer can help Crossfitters to push their fitness even further! ThoraxTrainer now appears in Crossfit Throwdowns and Competitions such as the Oresund Games in Sweden.
Nordic skiing is on top of the list when it comes to VO2max, because you engage all your muscles in an upright position working at a very high heart rate.
ThoraxTrainer will give you exactly the same, and within a very short time, you will get a significant improvement in your VO2 max.

Part of Oresund Games 2016
ThoraxTrainer was part of a composition WOD at the Oresund Games in September. Oresund Games is a professional single person fitness competition, where the aim is quality instead of quantity. The competition is held at Kronan CrossFit in Malmö, Sweden.
“We held a CrossFit competition with ThoraxTrainer in September 2016. As an organizer, I was very excited to introduce ThoraxTrainer into CrossFit competitions.
