When you order a Nordic Trainer from our website, here's what you'll get:

• Built-in Bluetooth Connectivity: Your Nordic Trainer comes with a Bluetooth device already set up. This means you can easily connect it to your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. • Adjustable Poles: The Nordic Trainer includes poles that you can adjust according to your preferences. This ensures you have a comfortable and effective workout by customizing the pole height to your liking.

To clean the Nordic Trainer, wipe the machine free of sweat, dust, dirt, and moisture after use.

The rails should be cleaned
once a month:

1) Dab a cloth with alcohol and wipe the rails with the cloth.
2) Apply oil to a dry cloth and lubricate the rails
